About the product

The SaaS product helps operations and finance teams monitor real-time metrics and automate routine reporting. Most acquisition came from paid campaigns and outbound, not organic search.

Their existing landing page was built inside a generic page builder, loaded slowly and tried to say too many things at once — making it harder for visitors to understand the core promise.

Project goals

  • Create a landing page built specifically for paid traffic.
  • Clarify positioning, value proposition and primary CTA.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and reduce page bloat.
  • Make the page easy to A/B test and iterate on.
  • Structure content for AI-search and answer engines.

Approach

We treated the landing page as a focused funnel: one promise, one main action, and zero unnecessary weight in design or code.

Messaging & structure

We rebuilt the page around a simple narrative: problem, promise, proof, product and path to action.

  • Hero with one clear sentence and a single main CTA.
  • Short sections for pains, outcomes and key features.
  • Social proof (logos, quotes) near CTAs.
  • FAQ block to handle typical objections.

Lean landing template

Instead of building inside a heavy page builder, we used a custom template with hand-controlled markup.

  • Minimal CSS and JS, only where truly needed.
  • Clean, semantic HTML aligned with headings and sections.
  • No unnecessary libraries or tracking scripts.
  • Components designed to be reused across campaigns.

Performance & AEO

We tuned the page for speed and structured the content so AI tools can interpret the offer and answer related questions.

  • Optimized hero media and critical CSS.
  • Core Web Vitals improvements on LCP & CLS.
  • FAQ and feature blocks structured for AEO.
  • Clear entities around product type, target teams and outcomes.

Landing page flow

Each section of the landing page was designed to do one job well — without overwhelming visitors with information or visual noise.

  • Hero: one-line pitch, primary CTA, optional secondary link for details.
  • Problem & outcomes: what teams struggle with today and what “better” looks like.
  • Product snapshot: a simple, non-flashy way to show what the app does.
  • Social proof: logos + 2–3 short, specific quotes.
  • FAQ: 5–7 questions that mirror sales conversations.

Funnel & tracking setup

Because the page was built for paid traffic, we made sure the funnel and tracking setup stayed simple and robust.

  • Single primary micro-conversion: “Book a demo” or “Start trial”.
  • Optional secondary action for lower-commitment visitors (e.g. “Watch product walkthrough”).
  • Clean event tracking for CTAs and scroll depth.
  • Setup ready for A/B testing without redesigning the page.

Results

The landing page gave the team a faster, clearer and more testable base for their performance marketing spend.

LCP ~1.3s
on the main landing

Largest Contentful Paint brought into a healthy range for both desktop and mobile.

Smaller bundle
and fewer blocking scripts

The page moved away from multiple heavy libraries to a leaner, more controlled setup.

Stronger signal
for both humans and AI

Clearer messaging and FAQ structure made the offer easier to understand in both search and AI interfaces.

The new landing acts as a controlled “lab” where marketing can test messaging and offers without breaking speed or UX.
