About Webaro
Webaro is a small, focused practice led by a senior developer and strategist. The work sits at the intersection of web design, SEO, performance and AI-search – for teams that care about clear results, not buzzwords.
Who is behind Webaro
I’m a senior WordPress developer and SEO strategist with more than a decade of hands-on experience designing, building and fixing websites for businesses across different markets.
My background combines technical work (custom themes, performance, tracking) with strategy (positioning, information architecture, content structure). The result: websites that do less, but work harder.
What this means in practice
- Direct work with a senior – no large agency layers.
- Clear scope, realistic timelines and honest feedback.
- Focus on performance, SEO and AI-search from day one.
- Remote collaboration with clients across Europe and beyond.
Who I typically work with
Webaro is a good fit for teams that already take their work seriously – but feel their website and digital presence are not at the same level yet.
- Consulting and advisory firms that need a credible corporate site.
- Small and mid-size e-commerce brands focused on a clear product line.
- B2B SaaS teams running performance campaigns that need stable landing pages.
- Service businesses that rely on leads, not just brochure-style websites.
How I think about websites
A website is not just “design” or “SEO”. It’s an interface between your business, search engines and now AI systems. That interface needs to be fast, understandable and consistent.
- Design should support clarity and trust, not distract from it.
- Structure should make sense for users, Google and AI models.
- Technical choices should make future changes easier, not harder.
- Tracking and data should be clean enough to guide real decisions.
How I work
The process is simple on purpose. No complicated diagrams, just a clear sequence from understanding to delivery.
Understand the real problem
Before talking about layouts or colors, we clarify what the website needs to do: who it must convince, what actions it should drive and where it fits in your sales process.
Design the structure
We define site architecture, key pages, flows and content blocks. This is where UX, SEO and AI-search requirements come together.
Build, optimize, refine
I implement the site with a lean WordPress setup, then tune for performance, Core Web Vitals, schema and AI-readiness. You see what is being done and why.
Technical background
I work primarily with WordPress because it is flexible, proven and widely understood – but only when used in a disciplined way.
- Custom, lightweight themes instead of heavy multi-purpose ones.
- Clean HTML structure, minimal and focused CSS/JS.
- WooCommerce stores designed for speed and clarity.
- Cloudflare and similar setups for performance where relevant.
SEO, performance & AI-search
SEO and AI-search are not afterthoughts. They are built into the way pages are structured and content is written.
- Technical SEO audits and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Site structures that are easy for crawlers and models to follow.
- Schema and entity-focused content for key pages.
- Answer-friendly blocks to improve AI-generated visibility.
What you can expect when we work together
- Honest feedback about what you need – and what you don’t.
- Clear scope, timelines and communication (no surprises).
- Focus on long-term maintainability, not one-off tricks.
- Documentation of key decisions and setups where useful.
If this sounds like the kind of work you need
The best way to see if we’re a fit is a short, direct call. We’ll look at your current website, your goals and what would actually move the needle – then decide if it makes sense to work together.
