Nordex Consulting – Corporate Website for a European Advisory Firm
A fast, credible and AI-ready corporate website for a strategy and advisory firm serving mid-size European businesses. Focused on trust, clarity and lead-generation.
About Nordex Consulting
Nordex Consulting is a European advisory firm working with mid-size companies on strategy, restructuring and cross-border growth. Their previous website was slow, visually outdated and didn’t reflect the quality of their work.
The team needed a modern corporate site that would support credibility with decision-makers while being easy to maintain by a small internal team.
Project goals
- Improve first impression and perceived authority with C-level visitors.
- Clarify services, sectors and case studies for faster understanding.
- Build a clean structure for SEO and future content growth.
- Deliver a fast, stable experience for European visitors (Core Web Vitals).
- Make the site AI-ready so content can be used inside AI-generated answers.
Approach
We treated the project as a combination of corporate UX design, technical SEO, performance engineering and AI-search optimization.
Web structure & UX
We designed a focused structure around the real decision journey: who Nordex is, what they do, who they serve and proof of results.
- Homepage centered on messaging + primary actions.
- Service pages grouped by advisory theme and sector.
- Case study pattern that’s easy to replicate internally.
- Clear contact paths for different types of inquiries.
SEO & AI-search readiness
Instead of “just pages”, we built content as structured entities: services, sectors, use cases and outcomes.
- Clean URL and heading structure for core topics.
- Schema for organization, services and FAQs.
- Entity-focused copy for key advisory themes.
- AEO-friendly content modules (questions and short answers).
Performance & stability
We used a lean WordPress setup, minimal scripts and optimized assets to keep Core Web Vitals in a safe range.
- Custom theme instead of heavy multi-purpose builders.
- Optimized fonts, images and caching strategy.
- Server-level and CDN-based performance tuning.
- Continuous monitoring via Lighthouse and field data.
Information architecture
The site was structured to help both humans and crawlers understand how Nordex operates. Each core area of their work has a dedicated, linkable space.
- Homepage with summary of services, sectors and key proof.
- Service cluster pages (strategy, restructuring, transformation).
- Sector pages (manufacturing, services, cross-border expansion).
- Case study templates grouped by type of outcome.
- Single, well-structured “About” section and leadership profiles.
AI-search & AEO elements
The site includes patterns that make it easier for AI systems to interpret and reuse the content.
- Clear question–answer blocks around Nordex’s core services.
- Structured descriptions of sectors, problems and solutions.
- Schema to mark up organization, services and FAQs.
- Consistent wording around key advisory topics and entities.
Results
After launch, Nordex had a faster, clearer and more credible website — with better performance signals and a stronger base for long-term SEO and AI visibility.
Based on before/after tests across key pages for EU visitors.
Largest Contentful Paint brought down from ~3.4s on the previous site.
Shorter, more precise inquiries from the right type of prospects.
